1. Agreement & Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or subscribing to any browser extension or software service provided by 66001 Studio (including 66001 - Audio Visualizer for YouTube & Spotify), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
66001 Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our browser extensions for personal or commercial purposes according to your active subscription plan.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew every month until cancelled.
- Lifetime Pass: Provides single one-time payment for ongoing access and updates for the lifetime of the product version.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
Subscription management and cancellations are securely handled by our merchant of record, Paddle (paddle.com). Upon purchase, Paddle automatically sends a confirmation email containing your receipt and a direct "Manage / Cancel Subscription" link. You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle by clicking that link. Once cancelled, you retain full Pro feature access for the remainder of your active billing period, and no further charges will occur.
5. Limitation of Liability
66001 Studio provides software on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall 66001 Studio be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from extension usage.
